What Inspired Us to Found MapleTalent Hub?
At MapleTalent Hub (MTH), we’re passionate about helping individuals secure their dream jobs. Many talented professionals move to North America in pursuit of a better future, often referred to as the ‘American Dream.’ Yet, despite their qualifications, many face unforeseen obstacles: job rejections, being ghosted by recruiters, and feeling lost in a competitive job market.
It’s common for these professionals to question themselves—whether their resume, skills, LinkedIn profile, interview techniques, or lack of references are holding them back. Meanwhile, financial pressures mount for their families back home, exacerbating the mental strain.
MTH was born out of a desire to end this cycle of uncertainty. Co-founders Piyush Monga and Rohan Gosaliya met in Ottawa, Canada, and committed to helping countless professionals overcome these challenges, empowering them to land the jobs they truly deserve through personalized, actionable career strategies and dedicated mentorship.
